The theme of the invitation and RSVP card came from local food and flowers and the couples’ love of nature hikes and their lovely backyard garden and sweet chickens! Each image was hand drawn and then cut out of paper like how we all used to make snowflakes when we were kids. The chili is an ode to a wish for the couple to always have a bit of spice!

- free spirits under the spring full pink moon -
Katie and Dash are a fun loving, free-spirited couple that got engaged at Burning man and said their I do’s a few months later on the eve of the full pink moon, under a magical grove of redwood giants while holding hands inside a ring of natural pink stones. Katie’s midwest roots fell in love with a local boy and his hometown of Santa Cruz, CA. All the elements of the wedding was a true local Santa Cruz artisan experience from the stationery to the food. Pink, a central theme was woven throughout the invitation and the lux cotton pink envelopes. A map for the wedding weekend festivities highlights fun places for guests to visit as well as show them where all the wedding activities were happening.
